Application Tech Support!
Responsibilities
- Provide voice-based service desk support for client issues
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents
- Act as the primary interface between client and IT systems
- Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets
- Follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain service quality and system performance standards
- Work in rotational shifts as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to be a team player
- Good communication skills
