· Support for banking applications – Nautilus, Aperio, DocPlus, Communicator
· Monitoring application alerts and workflows.
· Application update developments
· Fix for application Vulnerabilities.
· DR activities for application
· Service account management
· Maintain SSL certificates
Required Skills:
· Windows IIS Administration
· Windows Server Administration
· Windows based applications support,
· .net based Application support
· Understanding of Service Now
· Understanding of banking domain
· Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors.
· Basic understanding of SQL Database
Working Hours/Shift
24/7 Production support. Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
