Hiring Alert | Shift Lead – L1 Application Support
Looking for strong Technical Support Leads who can drive operations, manage escalations, and lead high-performing support teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 6+ Years with 1–2 Years in Lead/Shift Lead role
Location: Bangalore (Mostly Remote)
CTC: Up to 25 LPA
Shift: US Overlap

✅ Mandatory Skills
✔ Proven experience in managing and leading teams of 10+ members in a production support environment
✔ Expertise in Queue Management, SLA Monitoring & Escalation Handling
✔ Experience in Process Improvement
✔ Strong exposure to Chat Support / Chat Ticketing Process
✔ ITIL & Incident Management knowledge
✔ Hands-on experience with Zendesk
Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds + 1 Mandatory F2F Interview
