🚀 Hiring | L1 Support Engineer | InsurTech Product Company
We are looking for experienced L1 Support Engineers to join a fast-growing InsurTech product environment supporting SaaS-based applications and customer platforms.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Work Mode: Remote (After 2-3 weeks of Onsite Training)
📄 Employment Type: Full Time
Notice Period: Immediate (Project starts by 27th May'26)
🔹 Experience Required:
• 3+ years in Technical / Application Support
• Prior experience with SaaS/Product-based organizations
• Strong hands-on experience with Zendesk (Mandatory)
• Experience handling Chat / Email based support tickets
🔹 Key Skills:
• Ticket management & troubleshooting
• SLA / TAT adherence
• Customer issue resolution
• Escalation handling
• Strong written & verbal communication
• CRM / ticketing tools exposure
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume support environments
• Excellent problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in rotational / flexible shifts
