Job Description:
Company is looking for a Support Engineer/analyst, who will serve as an expert and referent of one or several
IT solution(s) . You ensure your solution evolves including enhancements requests management and
prioritization together with the business. From a support standpoint you ensure support at level 1 and 2 are
properly handled and you deliver the level 1,2 support (incident, change and problem management). You own
overall incident management for your solution. You are engaged in any implementation that touches your
solution and manage if any dependency with other solutions. Your primarily focuses are on RUN Management
You need to stay in touch externally with the development of the solution and if any modification has to be
envisioned within LDC and you also act as an internal consultant.
Responsibilities:
· Provide Support to end-users and project teams for the multiple applications used in the company.
· Assist Development and Project Teams during Software Development Release Cycle
· Coordinate Development of Enhancements, testing and requirements definition capturing;
· Prepare test case scenarios if required for testing interfaces and support tickets.
· Maintain all Interfaces designed for multiple platforms and collaborate with involved stakeholders
· Participate in Interface Releases and Testing Campaigns
· Prepare Knowledge Base articles and documents
· Collaborate with Infrastructure and Development Teams to analyze and identify root cause of a problem
· Maintain required knowledge within the team and train newcomers
· Make proposals and provide information to support decision making concerning the solution
· Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate and complexity scope.
Technical/ Functional skills:
· Have experience of daily run activities;
· Have good capacity of analysis, synthesis and communication (written and oral);
· Have experience on the project life cycle and roll out phase sequence;
· Have proven experience on global IT project environments. Reason is that the project involves activities
· with all Client regions across the world and with corporate teams;
· Have good understanding of IT technical constraints;
· Have knowledge of state-of-the-art IT practices;
· Queried large datasets using Oracle SQL for validations, reports, and data analysis.
· Experience in Database queries;
· Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.);
· Ability to translate technical specifications into articulate business requirements and vice-versa;
· Ability to document complex technical and work-flow processes in plain English;
· Strong customer service and exemplary communication ability, both written and verbal;
· Troubleshot API issues using Postman, analyzing payloads, schema errors
· Conducted UAT and post-deployment validations for multiple application releases

· Power BI / Power Automate
· SQL Scriptis
· Excel & VBA
· Kibana / Graphana
· Opcon
· API Testing (REST, SOAP) / Postman
· PowerShell
· Good Understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
· Agile Methodology (Scrum)
Knowledge and Experience:
· 5+ years in technical Application Support, ERP Systems, or any other custom applications
· Use the application effectively in real-world scenarios
· Understand its features and workflows as they relate to business needs
· Support users, gather requirements, and possibly help with testing or training
