Location: Mumbai (Andheri – Work from Office)
If you’re someone who is comfortable working on systems and wants hands-on exposure to real business applications, this role offers a strong foundation in application support and operations.
What you’ll work on:
• User onboarding, access management, and system configurations
• Resolving application issues (login errors, data mismatches, mapping issues)
• Supporting day-to-day system operations and ensuring smooth functioning
• Coordinating with internal teams (Business, CRM, Tech) for issue resolution
• Maintaining trackers, reports, and basic documentation
Who should apply:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Candidates comfortable using Excel and web-based systems
• Detail-oriented individuals willing to learn and take ownership
Preferred Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Comfort with system usage and data handling
• Basic technical understanding (no coding required)
Important:
• This is a Work from Office role (Andheri, Mumbai)
