- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.
- Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Epic Systems.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
