Summary
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to meet business needs.

- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
