- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align.
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools related to Atlassian Jira Align.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and support processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Align.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
