Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting critical business applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with software testing principles and automation frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
