Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to file transfer systems.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining high availability of critical business applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline support processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
