Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise software environments.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and address software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Ability to work with logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostic utilities to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integration points and dependencies within complex business systems.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
