- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to security.
- Experience in monitoring and managing security controls within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and security alerts to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
- Skilled in coordinating with various teams to ensure adherence to security policies.
Additional Information:
