Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), AWS AI/ML models, API integration.
- Secondary Skills: Java, Spring Boot.
- Role Focus: Implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions with robust API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug software issues effectively.
- Experience working with application monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify system bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Understanding of system architecture and integration points within complex business environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Machine learning & Python (Programming Language).
- Willingness to work in Shift B (11:00 AM–9:00 PM or 12:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
