Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system management and improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
