As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain the integrity and reliability of applications, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
