Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Familiarity with system integration and data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
