Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will also be responsible for monitoring system alerts and responding to incidents, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
