Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems you support. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that business operations run seamlessly.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
