Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business applications and supporting the overall operational framework of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption during incidents.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience with incident management and response protocols.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
