Application Support Engineer – DMS Worksite

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Document Management Systems (DMS), production support, and enterprise application troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications, while supporting integrations across iManage, MySQL, .NET, Python, CAM, and Litera platforms.
The role requires hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting document lifecycle issues including ingestion, indexing, and search.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production and application support for DMS applications.
- Support and troubleshoot iManage integrations with CAM and Litera.
- Investigate and resolve ingestion, indexing, search, and document lifecycle issues.
- Perform incident management, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor application performance, database health, and server availability.
- Support application deployments, code migrations, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation for known issues, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Participate in shift rotations and on-call support for major incidents.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and end users regarding issue status.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with iManage / DMS platforms
- Strong Application Support / Production Support experience
- MySQL / SQL troubleshooting skills
- Experience with .NET or Python
- Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshooting indexing, ingestion, and search-related issues
- Enterprise application support experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Litera and CAM integrations
- Knowledge of Windows Servers and Virtual Machines
- Monitoring tools and deployment support experience
- ITIL process awareness
- iManage or MySQL certifications
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
- Flexible for rotational shifts and on-call support
