Role: Application Support Consultant
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🕐 Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot complex application and technical issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, Services, and Pre-Sales teams.
- Handle critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
- Support application availability and functionality.
- Develop proficiency in Centric 8 installation and functionality.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical/application support.
- Strong customer-facing and IT troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLM/PDM solutions is preferred.
- JIRA and Atlassian experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 rotational shifts.
