Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Candidates require to work closely with US Client.
Ø Communicate one to one with client and team and take up ownership.
Ø Ready to work on weekends. Adjusting weekdays with working days.
Ø Collaborate with cross functional teams.
Ø Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
Ø Verifying Logs, Track business flow.
Ø Attentive and responsive to meet SLA’s.
Ø Able to handle pressurize situation.
Ø Understand production criticality
Ø Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
Ø Good team player
Ø Must be able to demonstrate learning attitude and taking up responsibilities
Ø Have excellent English communication skills to work with International Clients
Ø Good working Knowledge of Linux environment.
