Application Support Analyst (M365 – SharePoint / Exchange / Teams)
Positions: Multiple (Level III & Level IV)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are hiring Application Support Analysts to support Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging platforms. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and ensuring seamless operation of enterprise tools used across global teams
This hiring includes multiple levels (Analyst II & III) based on experience and technical expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to file access, permissions, email delivery, mailbox access, sync, storage, and performance
- Manage users, permissions, policies, and configurations
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Monitor system health and ensure SLA adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support service desk.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams)
- Knowledge of permissions, policies, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in ticketing/support environments
Good to Have:
- Slack / Miro / Airtable administration
- Conference room tools (MS Teams / Zoom)
- Basic understanding of M365 security & compliance
