🚀 LQpay is hiring an Application Support Analyst – Payments & POS
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
We’re looking for someone with experience in Application Support or Payment Processing to join our growing payments team.
🔍 Role Highlights
- Handle customer queries and issues related to payment processing
- Support POS terminals, online payment pages, and portals
- Assist with automated payment posting and Synapse-related issues
- Create, track, and manage support tickets to resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Gateway, POS, Automation)
- Perform payment gateway and POS device provisioning
⚠️ Note: This role does NOT involve infrastructure or environment monitoring.

Ideal Candidate- Experience in Application / Customer Support
- Basic understanding of payments, POS, or online transactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- FinTech / Payments domain experience is a plus
