Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and application support for medical devices, troubleshooting issues, assisting with installations, and ensuring optimal product usage. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, communication with clients, and solving application-related queries for enhanced customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Support and Troubleshooting with the ability to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical problems and deliver suitable solutions
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams regarding product usage, feedback, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Technical Support in a healthcare or medical device domain is preferred
- Proactive and organized approach with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant educational background in engineering, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage
