Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Application Specialist backend support role based in Noida. The Application Specialist will support and troubleshoot application-related issues, provide technical assistance to clients, and address queries promptly. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving application problems, ensuring smooth operation, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and resolve application-related challenges effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Application Support and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional client interactions
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving issues with efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certification in IT support or technical applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
