Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Specialist based in Mumbai. The Application Specialist will provide technical application support for diagnostic equipment and reagents, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with clients to meet their needs. The role involves conducting system installations, training users, analyzing performance data, and ensuring optimal device functionality. Collaborative engagement with the R&D and service teams for continuous improvement is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver effective solutions
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting for diagnostic equipment
- Proficiency in technical support with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally
- Familiarity with in-vitro diagnostics or laboratory equipment is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments
