Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Application Security Risk Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating application security risks to ensure the protection of sensitive data and system integrity. Key responsibilities include developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, addressing cybersecurity threats, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for compliance with IT governance and data privacy standards. The role also involves continuous improvement of security protocols and staying updated with emerging threats and security technologies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IT Risk Management and Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Information Security Management and Cybersecurity measures to safeguard applications and systems.
- Understanding of Data Privacy regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and laws.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
- Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements will be advantageous.
