Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives in the Pharma & Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
· Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts
· Develop and execute sales strategies for market growth
· Generate and convert high-quality leads into business
· Handle customer discussions on technical and commercial aspects
· Deliver impactful product presentations and proposals
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
· Ensure adherence to company sales policies
· Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
· B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or Chemical) + MBA (preferred)
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial Sales (preferably Pharma / Process industries)
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Key Skills Required
· Strong leadership and team coordination skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Negotiation and closing expertise
· Ability to build and manage client relationships
· Strategic thinking and business development mindset
· Self-driven with ability to work independently
