ROLE
Application Recruiter — US IT Staffing
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: Evening IST, aligned to US time zones
Experience: Freshers welcome. Zero recruiting experience needed.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
We train you from zero. Not surface-level training — the actual craft.
How the US IT staffing and consulting industry works. How to read a consultant's profile and market it to the right vendors. How to search for open requirements on Dice, LinkedIn, and job boards. How to write outreach that gets responses. How to make vendor calls, follow up professionally, and coordinate interviews that lead to placements. The basics of C2C, W2, and contract types.
These are skills that pay for themselves — and then some.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
After training, your day will involve searching for open requirements matching our consultants' skills, submitting profiles to vendors and clients, sending daily hotlist emails, following up on submissions, coordinating interview schedules, and steadily building a vendor network that generates real results.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Basic computer skills — email, MS Excel, Google Sheets, internet browsing. Good written and spoken English. The willingness to work evening shift IST. A self-motivated, target-oriented attitude. A stable internet connection and a personal laptop or PC.
Any degree. Any background. Freshers welcome.
COMPENSATION
INR 4,000 fixed monthly stipend after training. Performance-based incentives per successful placement — no ceiling. Incentive structure discussed during interview.
