Job Title: Azure Production Support
Experience: 4+ years
Job Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Work Mode: Work form office (5 Days)
- 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support / Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent Kafka.
- Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents independently.
- Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty.
- Good knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with incident management, RCA and ticketing systems.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Shell.
- Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts.
Note: Candidates without AKS, Kafka, or Linux experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they have strong Application Production Support and troubleshooting experience.
