Job Description:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Application Packaging and EUC management.
Deep SCCM/Intune Knowledge: Software distribution, Patch management, Application Lifecycle Management, and troubleshooting in a co-management environment.
Scripting: Advanced PowerShell/VBScript scripting capabilities.
Windows Internal Knowledge: Expert understanding of Windows 10/11 Registry, File Systems, Services, and User Profiles.
Preferred: Certification in Microsoft Modern Desktop Administration (MD-102, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Packaging & Repackaging: Create, customize, and maintain silent, non-interactive application installations (MSI, MST, MSP, EXE, APPX, MSIX).
- Intune & Modern Management: Package and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (.intunewin & other format) for hybrid and cloud-only, Autopilot-provisioned devices.
- SCCM/MECM Management: Utilize SCCM for application deployment, creating collections, setting up dependencies, and understanding on Task Sequences, Deployment to UAT/Prod.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop automated installation scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch scripting to streamline packaging processes.
- Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Perform UAT, Validation, and Troubleshooting
- Migration Management: Actively participate in migrating legacy packages from SCCM to Intune.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for application packaging, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical notes.
