Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead team members to achieve organizational goals
- Implement and execute management strategies effectively
- Coordinate with overseas team members and stakeholders
- Plan and carry out promotional and marketing activities
- Work closely with Market Development and Sales teams
- Coordinate with the Application team to support solution‑based sales
- Report progress status and updates regularly to senior management
Technical & Functional Requirements
- Prior experience in R&D, Design, or Application Engineering
- Strong problem‑solving and solution‑finding abilities
- Capability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical or commercial solutions.
