Primarily looking for a IT Applications Manager / Technical Lead who can manage enterprise applications, coordinate with business stakeholders, and lead technical support and enhancement initiatives.
Additionally, the candidate should be capable of acting as a Technical Lead / Engineering Coordinator by bridging the gap between business and technical teams and coordinating development activities across multiple technology stacks.
Candidate Profile the Client is Looking For
1. Strong Application Support & Management Background
8–10 years of experience in:
Application Development & Support
Managing enterprise applications
Handling production support, bug fixing, customization requests, and service requests
Experience in maintaining both:
On-premise applications
Cloud-based applications
2. Stakeholder Management & Business Coordination
Candidate should act as a bridge between:
Business teams
Technical teams
Vendors / third-party partners
Should be comfortable interacting with Department Heads and leadership teams
Must understand business processes and convert them into technical solutions/enhancements
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather, understand, and communicate business and technical requirements
3. Team Handling / Leadership Experience
Experience managing technical/application support teams and coordinating development teams
Responsible for:
Team allocation
Escalation handling
Go-live support
Process improvements
SLA management
Tracking project progress and resolving delivery challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and quality delivery
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and management
4. Technical Knowledge Expected
The client is not looking for a hardcore developer, but someone with strong techno-functional understanding of:
ERP applications (preferably SAP integrations)
CRM applications
DMS (Dealer Management System)
In-house/custom-built applications
Database & web applications in cloud environments
Digital Transformation initiatives
Industry 4.0 concepts
Strong understanding of:
.NET OR Java OR Node.js
APIs & integrations
Enterprise architecture
The candidate should be capable of participating in:
Technical discussions
Requirement analysis
Solution planning
Sprint planning
Project status updates
Coordination with development and QA teams
5. Project & Go-Live Support Experience
Experience supporting:
New IT implementations
UAT coordination
Go-live activities
User training/support
Ability to ensure smooth transition and user adoption of applications
Required Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on understanding of .NET OR Java OR Node.js technologies
Experience handling or coordinating technical/development teams
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Prior experience in technical coordination, team leadership, or project management
