Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Lead at Kolkata. The Application Lead will manage end-to-end application support processes, provide technical assistance, analyze system data for improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless system functionality. They will collaborate with internal teams to enhance applications, optimize system performance, and deliver innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Application Support and Technical Support to oversee and improve software systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and relay technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site role and manage team workflows in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master in Computer Application
- Prior experience in application or software project management is an added advantage.
