Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Through strategic planning and hands-on involvement, the role ensures that applications meet business requirements and quality standards, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and best practices related to infrastructure design and deployment.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based application architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline infrastructure management and application deployment.
- Excellent understanding of networking, security, and compliance considerations within cloud platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
