Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment, and managing the delivery of solutions that meet organizational goals. The Application Lead plays a pivotal role in guiding the project from conception through implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the application lifecycle are effectively managed and executed with precision and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong knowledge of financial application architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Financials modules to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
