Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive successful project outcomes and maintain seamless communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub, Oracle Financials.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with financial data management and reporting processes to support organizational decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
