Application Full Stack Architect
Experience: 8-12 years

Position Summary:
Own end to end application architecture across front end, back end including Python, APIs and cloud. Define reference designs and guide delivery to secure, scalable, reliable platforms. Integrate GenAI capabilities such as RAG, agents, guardrails and evaluation in partnership with DS and ML teams. Model fine tuning is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set target architecture and roadmap across web, API, data and AI service layers. Design cloud native systems such as microservices or modular monolith using DDD, event driven and API first patterns.
- Lead design across front end React or Angular, back end Python FastAPI Django Flask plus one of NodeJS NestJS or Java Spring or DotNet, and data with one SQL and one NoSQL database.
- Define REST or GraphQL APIs, versioning and governance using OpenAPI. Establish coding standards and reusable components.
- Run design and code reviews. Implement CI CD, containers and Kubernetes, automated testing, and release governance.
- Embed security by design including SSO Azure AD OAuth2 SAML, OWASP, secrets management, privacy and audit logging.
- Ensure observability including logs, metrics, traces using OpenTelemetry, performance testing and capacity planning.
- Lead modernization using patterns like strangler pattern, re platforming and cloud adoption on Azure or AWS or GCP.
- Integrate GenAI or ML services using secure APIs and Python inference endpoints.
- Collaborate on evaluation and controlled rollout.
Must Have Skills
- Front end: React or Angular.
- Back end: Python FastAPI Django Flask plus one of NodeJS NestJS, Java Spring or DotNet.
- API design REST GraphQL, async messaging using Kafka or RabbitMQ, and integration patterns such as saga, outbox and CQRS.
- Data modeling and performance with one relational database PostgreSQL MySQL or SQL Server and one NoSQL store MongoDB Redis or Elastic.
- Containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI CD using GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Security OAuth2 OIDC, SAML, TLS, OWASP and observability Prometheus Grafana, ELK EFK, Open Telemetry.
- Cloud proficiency in Azure and or AWS and strong stakeholder communication and mentoring.
- Good to Have LLM GenAI in production including prompting, guardrails, evaluation and LLMOps using MLflow Azure ML SageMaker or Weights and Biases.
- RAG and Agents using embeddings and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, FAISS, Pinecone or AstraDB and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or LangServe.
- Performance and real time including fine tuning LoRA QLoRA, quantization or distillation, event driven Kafka, feature stores and real time inference.
- Education BE BTech ME MTech in CS IT or related fields. Certifications such as Azure Architect, AWS Architect, Kubernetes, TOGAF or MLOps ML are a plus.
