Responsibilities
- Support customers in effectively using Strong practical knowledge of oscilloscope and probes (passive, active, differential), probe selection, bandwidth considerations, and proper probing techniques.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and reproduce customer issues.
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback to marketing and R&D teams.
- Provide clear technical communication via email and phone.
- Create and publish knowledge base articles.
- Deliver remote or onsite customer training.
- Stay updated on assigned products and technologies.
- Multitask and support multiple customers independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering (EE) or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Test & Measurement, electronics debugging, or application engineering.
- Hands-on experience with digital oscilloscopes, including triggering, protocol decoding, automated measurements, and advanced analysis.
- Strong practical knowledge of oscilloscope probes (passive, active, differential), probe selection, bandwidth considerations, and proper probing techniques.
- Good understanding of digital electronics, signal integrity, and high‑speed signal measurements.
- Experience with waveform generators, AWGs, logic analyzers, frequency counters, and other digital test instruments.
- Ability to analyze and debug digital communication protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, etc.
- Familiarity with measurement fundamentals: sampling rate, memory depth, rise time, jitter, noise, grounding, and accuracy concepts.
- Basic hands-on experience with test automation using SCPI, Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW (preferred).
- Strong communication skills for supporting US-based customers and internal technical teams.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, test setups, demos, and provide application guidance independently.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (night shift in India) to support Americas customers.
