Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Sales Engineers / Application Engineers to develop business with industrial customers by understanding their maintenance, safety and production requirements and recommending suitable solutions from our product portfolio.
This role involves technical discussions with customers, product demonstrations, and field visits to industrial plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new industrial customers
- Visit factories and understand application requirements
- Promote industrial solutions from our product portfolio
Technical Sales
Recommend and promote solutions such as:
- Specialty lubricants for machines and bearings
- Industrial maintenance sprays
- Safety PPE and gas detection systems
- Industrial tools and maintenance products
- Adhesive tapes and bonding solutions
- Abrasives for cutting, grinding and finishing
Customer Engagement
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites
• Interact with Maintenance, EHS, Production and Purchase teams
• Provide technical support and application recommendations
Sales Execution
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Convert enquiries into orders
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
Target Industries
You will work with customers in industries such as:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Automotive manufacturing
- Chemical plants
- Food processing companies
- Engineering and fabrication industries
Candidate Profile
Preferred candidates should have interest or experience in:
- Industrial product sales
- Maintenance products
- Safety equipment
- Industrial lubricants
- Tools or engineering products
Candidates working in industrial distributors, safety product companies, lubricant companies, or engineering product suppliers will be preferred.
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Instrumentation / Electrical
Freshers with strong interest in industrial sales may also apply.
Experience
0 – 5 years
Fresh engineering graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with industrial customers
• Technical understanding of machines or industrial products
• Self-driven and willing to work in field sales
Travel Requirement
The role involves frequent visits to factories across Madhya Pradesh.
Candidate should ideally own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
