Job Description:
- Support the Sales Organization with Product’s Technical Expertise in pre and post sales
- Provide clear Customer Technical Requirements feedback to Product Management and Product Development Teams.
- Execute customer-facing New Product Introduction field activities.
- Develop and deliver documentation such as: Create application notes, user guides, technical briefs, best practices and training.
- Coordinate and involve product installation and demonstration activities at field.
- Provide remote commissioning training and support to distributors and resellers
- Close cooperation and alignment with customer support and field services to deliver a best-in-class customer support experience.
- Conduct technical training to external customers.
- Ability to promote teamwork and build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Follow and implement quality improvement internal process.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BE/BTech – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation
- 0-2 years of application engineering experience in Power Electronics, preferably in prog. AC/DC power supply and electronic load.
- In-depth understanding of principles & concepts of MOSFETs, IGBTs, Gate Drivers, Bridges, High/Low side, AC/DC, DC/DC, different circuit topologies.
- Hands-on with different applications like Battery simulation, PV Simulation, Grid Simulation, On-board/Off-board Charger, Motor Controller, Battery Management Systems, DC-DCs etc will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work with Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Power Supply, Power Analyzer, etc. for testing & debugging.
