Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines at overseas customer locations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to export customers
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct machine trials, performance checks, and acceptance tests
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff during commissioning
- Prepare service reports, visit reports, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with design, production, and spares teams for issue resolution
- Support customers through email, video calls, and phone
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and export compliance standards
- Handle breakdowns, warranty claims, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Represent the company professionally during international service visits
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation
- Additional training in CNC / PLC / Industrial Automation will be an advantage
Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in service/commissioning of industrial machinery
- Hands-on experience in export or international service support preferred
- Experience in capital equipment, special purpose machines, or automation systems is desirable
