Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Application Engineer to join our team. This is an on-site position based in Haveli. The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, developing engineering solutions, conducting testing for new and existing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges to meet customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Testing to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of Software Development processes, particularly in implementing engineering-related software solutions.
- Experience in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, including the design and application of industrial solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial solutions or a related domain is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and strong client relationship management abilities.
