What you’ll do
As a member of our Engineering team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.
Your mission:
- Work closely with customers to provide application support for our portfolio of electro components that include data connector assemblies, LV & HV connector systems, automotive fuses and other wiring harness components.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions by understanding customer requirements and design trends.
- Support business development by assisting sales teams with technical presentations, product selection, and on-site customer visits.
- Manage customer issues, complaints, and escalations with root cause analysis and coordination with suppliers for resolution.
Who you are
Strong technical foundation:
Candidates should have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant experience:
You should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in automotive electronics, wire harnesses, or related components.
Strong knowledge of Products:
Automotive connectors, terminals, fuses, and wire harness components. Exposure to RF connector systems would be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in CAD tools such as CREO and AutoCAD for design interpretation and modifications.
Understanding of wiring harness:
Understanding of automotive electrical systems and wiring harness integration with exposure to basic design principles and automotive quality standards.
Problem-solving skills:
Problem solving with experience in customer issue resolution.
