🔯 *Experience: Min 3 Years*
🔯 *Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering*
Key Responsibilities
🔆 Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers.
🔆 Conduct application study visits and recommend suitable solutions.
🔆 Prepare costing and estimates for customized products.
🔆 Handle enquiries, tenders, techno-commercial offers, and e-bids.
🔆 Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams.
🔆 Conduct product training for Sales Engineers and customers.
🔆 Handle OEM, Government, and key customer accounts.
🔆 Process orders, provide post-sales support, and resolve customer queries.
