Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Microfluidics Application Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in working with advanced microfluidics and life science technologies.
The candidate will work closely with customers across India to provide application support, product demonstrations, troubleshooting assistance, and technical guidance related to microfluidics platforms and laboratory workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and technical support for microfluidics-based systems and related laboratory workflows.
- Work closely with customers to understand their experimental requirements and provide suitable application guidance.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, user training, and customer support activities.
- Support customers in basic biological laboratory procedures, including cell culture and bio-lab practices.
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for customer requirements and project execution.
- Travel extensively across India for customer visits, training, demonstrations, and support activities.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. / BE. Tech
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biomedical Sciences or related biological science fields
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of biological laboratories and cell culture techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Interest in scientific applications, customer interaction, and technical support.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
