Full Stack Developer (Flutter + Python)
RREFLEKT is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to help build and scale modern mobile and backend applications. This is an opportunity to work on impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and growth potential.

Responsibilities
· Build and maintain scalable mobile and backend features
· Develop APIs, integrations, and real-time systems
· Collaborate on architecture, performance optimization, and clean code practices
· Work closely with the product team to implement new features and improvements
· Write maintainable, testable, and production-ready code
· Participate in debugging, deployment, and monitoring activities
· Website Development
Requirements
· Strong experience in Flutter and/or Python backend development
· Good understanding of APIs, databases, and scalable architecture
· Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or cloud platforms is a plus
· Ability to work independently in a startup environment
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Passion for building high-quality products
