Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Web Content Management, you will design, develop, and support application solutions for Content Management Systems on various customer platforms. You will create efficient and user-friendly CMS systems that meet business needs and are compatible with different platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Develop Solutions: Translate business requirements into technology solutions, creating themes, skins, templates, and workflows that meet customer needs.
- Perform Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, addressing any troubleshooting needs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Deliver Compatible Systems: Ensure CMS systems are compatible with different platforms, meeting business requirements and customer expectations.
- Support Application Solutions: Provide ongoing support for application solutions, resolving issues and making updates as needed to maintain optimal system performance.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Content Management Systems: Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely, Wordpress, Contentful, and Bloomreach, including designing, developing, and supporting application solutions.
- Experience working with Template Development: Knowledge of creating themes, skins, templates, and workflows for various customer platforms, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Understanding of Unit and Integration Testing: Exposure to conducting unit and integration testing, addressing troubleshooting needs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Familiarity with Cross-Platform Compatibility: Understanding of ensuring CMS systems are compatible with different platforms, meeting business requirements and customer expectations.
- Exposure to Application Solution Support: Experience with providing ongoing support for application solutions, resolving issues and making updates as needed to maintain optimal system performance.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Familiarity with Multiple CMS Platforms: Exposure to various Content Management Systems, including Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely, Wordpress, Contentful, and Bloomreach, is beneficial for this role.
- Knowledge of Template Development Tools: Experience working with tools used for creating themes, skins, templates, and workflows for various customer platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of Cross-Platform Testing: Familiarity with testing and ensuring CMS systems are compatible with different platforms is a plus.
